Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: £3 – Delivery within 2 to 4 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: £5 – Delivery within 1-2 business days.
- Express Shipping ( BEFORE 1PM): £8 – Delivery within 1 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You will see the total shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply, and customers are responsible for these additional charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the carrier's website using this number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. We also do not ship to certain international locations. Please check the shipping options available at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
While we strive to ensure that your order reaches you safely, sometimes shipments may be delayed or damaged. If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us at larzdiditt@gmail.com within 2 days of the delivery date, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or miss deliveries due to incorrect address information. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately before your order is shipped.
